Three things the chart does not say out loud
January is flat. Four straight weeks at $494 from January 4, with no step between them, against $765 the week before. Picking the wrong week costs you nothing. If a child can miss a week of school, miss it here.
Spring break costs more than Thanksgiving. Two March weeks reach $676, above every week of October and above Thanksgiving itself. It is the second peak of the year, and it is not just Easter.
Summer is not the expensive season. June and July run $486 to $513, and at $486 July undercuts every week in January. What the school break costs you is heat and crowds, not room rate.
