Tell us your trip and we’ll text you at 8 pm the night before Disney opens dining and Lightning Lane booking, and again 5 minutes before it opens. Your first trip is free.
Set your free reminders
Pick where you’re staying and your dates. It takes about a minute.
What you get
- A text the night before. At 8 pm, park time, so you can set an alarm and go to bed knowing what’s next.
- A text 5 minutes before. Enough time to open Disney’s app and sign in, not so much that you wander off.
- Dining and Lightning Lanes. At Disney World, dining opens 60 days before check-in at 6 am Eastern, and Lightning Lanes at 7 am Eastern, 7 days before check-in if you’re staying at a Disney resort or 3 days before each park day if you’re not. We work out which applies to you.
- Disneyland dining too. It opens 60 days ahead at 6 am Pacific, and we remind you for that.
- Your dates, not a generic calendar. Change your dates any time and the reminders move with them.
Why not just set an alarm?
You can, and plenty of families do. The catch is getting the morning right. You count 60 days back from check-in for dining, but 7 or 3 for Lightning Lanes depending on where you’re staying, and it’s Eastern time even if you live in California. Miss by a day and the popular tables are gone. We do the counting, and the 5-minute text means you’re signed in when it opens rather than waiting for the app to load.

A text at 8 pm the night before, and 5 minutes before Disney opens. Your first trip is free.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. One trip in any 12 months is free, texts included, and we don’t ask for a card. Planning more than one trip? A pass covers $4.99 for 3 trips or $9.99 for 10, for 12 months, and it doesn’t renew.
Do you need my Disney login?
No. We never sign in to your Disney account. We work out your mornings from your dates and tell you when they arrive. You book on Disney’s site or app, the same as you would anyway.
What time will you text me?
At 8 pm the night before each window, park time, so you can set an alarm. Then again 5 minutes before it opens, so you’re signed in and ready when it does.
Do I have to get texts?
No. Texts only go out if you add your mobile and check the box to say yes. Without a number, we email you instead. Reply STOP to any text and they stop.
Does it work for Disneyland?
Yes, for dining, which opens 60 days ahead at 6 am Pacific. Lightning Lane passes at Disneyland are bought on the day in the Disneyland app, so there’s no morning to remind you about.
Will you find me a table if it’s booked up?
No, and we’d rather say so plainly. A reminder makes sure you’re signed in when booking opens, which is your best shot at the popular tables. It doesn’t watch for cancellations.
I bought a Room Alert. Do I get these too?
Yes. Booking reminders for that stay are included with every Room Alert, so there’s nothing extra to set up.
