Subject: Available: 1 Bedroom Villa - Value at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House
Your room is available!
Disney doesn’t tell you when a room at Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House comes back. We email you when it does, with the room, the dates and the price, and you book it on Disney’s own site. You can also watch for a lower price on a room you could already book. How alerts work, and what they can’t do.
What Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House costs across the year
Disney’s own standard rate for a 4-night stay, two adults, before tax, across the 46 check-in weeks still to come. A room alert is worth the most in the expensive weeks, because that’s when the resort fills up.
| Week | Per night |
|---|---|
| Cheapest week still to come, week of August 16, 2027 | $446 |
| Most expensive week still to come, week of December 28 | $800 |
| The swing | 79% |

What we like about Animal Kingdom Villas - Jambo House
- The savanna, with a kitchen. Animal Kingdom Villas at Jambo House is in the same building as the Lodge, so you get the same savanna and the same splash pads and slides, tied for first of 32, in a villa with a kitchen.
- Jiko and Boma downstairs. A signature restaurant and the Boma buffet are an elevator ride away, which matters when every other dinner option is a bus.
What we don’t
- Every park is a bus. There's no walk, boat, monorail or Skyliner from here, so every park day starts at the bus stop.
- Quiet evenings for adults. It ranks 21st of 32 for adults, with two bars and nothing you can walk to outside the resort.
