Measured per resort, then taken as the median within each tier, so one outlier cannot carry a band. Link to this figure

How these were measured
Every figure is Disney’s own average price per night for a four-night midweek stay, two adults, standard room, room only, before tax, read from Disney’s published rates on September 27, 2026 across 52 consecutive check-in weeks. Nothing is estimated or modeled and no figure here is an average of averages taken from anyone else. The Cabins at Fort Wilderness are excluded because Disney does not price them online.
Rates move. Treat every figure as a reading taken on the date above, and confirm a price with Disney before booking on it.
